Our Custom Closet Process

#1. ESTIMATE

We would first like the opportunity to bid your project. Please email us a picture of your current closet along with the size of the wall(s) to [email protected]. If you prefer, there is a convenient form to fill out, located at the bottom of the page. We will then promptly email you pricing information along with 2 – D and 3 – D drawings of your proposed closet update.

#2. SHOWROOM VISIT & DESIGN CONSULTATION

The next step would be to make an appointment to visit the our showroom. Here we have multiple closet displays with numerous accessories incorporated to view and try. You can see the different finishes available in person. Our designers will help you assess your storage needs and design solutions for them that you can view using our specialized computer software. Once you’ve had a chance to explore the different options and organizational accessories available for your space final selections can be made.

#3. IN-HOME MEASURE

If you decide to move forward with us for your closet system solution, we require a 50% deposit to get started. Then, we will schedule a time to come to visit your home to get exact measurements. After this process is completed you will receive drawings to review for approval before your order is placed.

#4. INSTALLATION

In 4 – 6 weeks our professional, skilled installers will come to your home to install your new closet organizational system. Installation can typically be completed in one day, depending on the size and complexity of your project. We will remove your existing closet shelf and pole. The wall isn’t usually painted behind the wood supports and the nails holes will be visible. If you would like the wall patched and painted before we install the new closet system we can come remove the existing ahead of time. Then, you can paint the wall or we can provide that service for you.
