KC Wood uses ML Campbell Enviromax catalyzed lacquer to finish our wood products at our shop before the materials are brought into your home and for installation. Additionally, these products provide a beautiful, long lasting, durable finish.
Complete Cabinet Refacing Process by KC Wood:
- We cover the frames of your existing cabinets with 3/8″ thick lumber with a finish of catalyzed lacquer at our shop using pin nails and construction adhesive.
- The ends of your cabinet boxes are covered with catalyzed lacquer finished, veneer core plywood.
- Replace existing moldings – crown, toe and shoe with new.
- Install new soft close, concealed hinges for the new doors.
- New hardware (knob & pulls) are included.
- Replace doors and drawer fronts with new doors and drawer fronts.
